食材
300克 龙须菜
20克 催芽的鹰嘴豆
1-2颗 新鲜百合
2-3根 指天椒
5克 姜末
20ml 酱油
8ml 藤椒油

指天椒和姜切小粒,
百合切去头和根部分成小片
