For Experienced Chefs
- 至少两年以上西餐或融合菜经验，具备素食料理的创意与热情；
- At least two years of experience in Western or fusion cuisine, with creativity and passion for vegan cooking;
- 能够将素食的纯净与健康通过艺术化摆盘呈现，提升美食体验；
- Ability to present the purity and healthfulness of vegan food through artistic plating, enhancing the dining experience;
- 认同素食理念，了解其对健康、环保及动物福利的重要性；本人茹素者优先。
- Alignment with vegan principles and understanding of their importance to health, the environment, and animal welfare;
- 提交工作证明、艺术化菜品展示视频及2分钟自我介绍视频。
- Submission of work proof, a video of artistic dish presentations, and a 2-minute self-introduction video.
对于长期素食者
For Long-Term Vegans
- 具备吃苦耐劳的精神，愿意投入到素食厨艺的学习与成长中；
- Willingness to work hard and dedicate themselves to learning and growing in vegan culinary arts;

薪资福利
Salary and Benefits
- 月薪：$3,000 - $5,500（约人民币21,000 - 39,000元），根据经验与能力决定；高级厨师可以有额外的小费或利润分成
- Monthly salary: $3,500 - $5,500 (approximately RMB 25,000 - 36,000), depending on experience and skills;
